Other Events.

 

On June 24, 2021, Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Navidea”) issued a press release announcing that that on June 23, 2021, Vice Chancellor Joseph Slights of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware ruled in favor of Navidea’s subsidiary, Macrophage Therapeutics, Inc. (“MT”) and against its former CEO, Dr. Michael Goldberg, finding that Dr. Goldberg breached his fiduciary duties to MT.
